Welcome to Draft King Sportsbook. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Patron," "User," or "You") and Draft King Sportsbook, its parent companies, subsidiaries, and corporate affiliates (collectively, "Draft King Sportsbook," "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all Draft King Sportsbook websites, mobile applications, proprietary software platforms, retail sportsbook locations, and any other products or services offered by the Company (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, depositing funds, downloading our mobile application, placing a wager, or otherwise utilizing the Services in any capacity, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and entirely agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our House Rules and Privacy Policy. If you do not unequivocally agree to every provision contained within this Agreement, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must immediately delete your account and uninstall any associated software.

1. Account Eligibility and Registration

The highly regulated nature of the real-money wagering industry requires us to enforce strict eligibility criteria. To open an account and utilize the Services, you must unconditionally meet all of the following requirements:

• Age Verification: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Underage gambling is a serious criminal offense. We utilize comprehensive third-party identity verification systems to confirm your age. Any account created by an underage individual will be immediately terminated, and all associated funds, including deposits and winnings, will be permanently forfeited to the respective state regulatory body.
• Identity Verification (KYC): In compliance with federal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration. This strictly includes your full legal name, physical residential address (P.O. Boxes are prohibited), date of birth, and your full Social Security Number (SSN). Failure to provide accurate information or pass our KYC (Know Your Customer) checks will result in immediate account suspension.
• Exclusion Lists: You must not be physically present on any state-sponsored involuntary exclusion list, nor can you be enrolled in any voluntary self-exclusion program for problem gaming in any jurisdiction where we operate.
• Prohibited Persons: You must not be an athlete, coach, referee, owner, or front-office staff member of any professional or collegiate sports team or governing body attempting to wager on your respective sport, as dictated by state gaming regulations and league integrity rules.
• Single Account Policy: You are strictly permitted to open and operate only one (1) Draft King Sportsbook account. The creation of duplicate accounts, or attempting to operate an account on behalf of a third party (a "proxy bet"), is strictly forbidden and constitutes grounds for immediate lifetime bans and confiscation of all balances.

2. Mandatory Geolocation Requirements

Under the federal Interstate Wire Act of 1961 and complex state-by-state gaming regulations, real-money wagering is only legally permissible when you are physically located within the geographic borders of a U.S. state or territory where Draft King Sportsbook holds a valid, active operating license. You are entirely responsible for ensuring you are in a legal jurisdiction before attempting to place a wager.

To enforce this, we utilize advanced geolocation software (such as GeoComply). By using the Services, you grant us explicit, continuous permission to track and verify your precise physical location using your device’s GPS, Wi-Fi networks, and cellular tower triangulation. The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), remote desktop software, location spoofing applications, or any other technology designed to obfuscate your true physical location is a severe violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate and permanent closure of your account, alongside potential reporting to state and federal law enforcement agencies.

3. Deposits, Wagers, and Withdrawals

All financial transactions conducted through Draft King Sportsbook are subject to rigorous security reviews and regulatory compliance checks. The following rules govern your financial interactions with the platform:

• Funding Your Account: You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. We accept various funding methods, including ACH/eCheck, major credit/debit cards, and approved e-wallets. You acknowledge that your banking institution may charge cash advance fees for credit card deposits, for which Draft King Sportsbook is entirely entirely unaccountable.
• Chargebacks and Reversals: If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any deposit made to your account, you will be considered in material breach of this Agreement. We reserve the right to instantly suspend your account, aggressively dispute the chargeback using your IP and betting history as evidence, and employ third-party collection agencies to recover any negative balances, associated legal fees, and administrative costs.
• Wagering Finality: Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by our servers, it is absolutely final. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet slips before submission. We will not cancel or void wagers due to patron error, "fat-finger" mistakes, or changes of heart.
• Withdrawals and Tax Reporting: You may request withdrawals of your unencumbered cash balance at any time, subject to internal processing times and security reviews (which typically take 1 to 5 business days). Draft King Sportsbook is legally obligated to report significant winnings to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and applicable state tax authorities. If your winnings trigger a W-2G tax form (e.g., winning $600 or more at odds of 300 to 1 or higher), you agree to promptly provide any necessary signatures or information required to process the form before the funds can be released to you.

4. House Rules and Betting Integrity

All wagers placed on the platform are strictly governed by the Draft King Sportsbook Official House Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. By betting with us, you agree to the grading and settlement rules specific to each sport and market.

Palpable Errors (Palps): Draft King Sportsbook strives for flawless accuracy in odds pricing. However, human or technological errors can occasionally occur, resulting in odds or lines being offered that are materially and obviously incorrect given the probability of the event occurring (a "Palpable Error" or "Palp"). Examples include inverted moneylines (listing the underdog as the heavy favorite) or posting a line of +1000 when it should objectively be +100. We reserve the explicit, unilateral right to void any wagers placed on lines containing a Palpable Error, regardless of whether the event has commenced or concluded, and refund the original stake to the patron. This ensures market integrity and prevents exploitation of systemic errors.

5. Promotions, Bonuses, and Prohibited Conduct

We frequently offer promotional bonuses, "Bonus Bets," and odds boosts to enhance your experience. These offers are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions, including strict wagering/playthrough requirements. Bonus Bets hold zero cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and the initial stake of a Bonus Bet is never included in any resulting payouts.

Prohibited Conduct: Draft King Sportsbook actively monitors the platform for illicit, unfair, or abusive behavior. You explicitly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Syndicate Betting: Collaborating with other patrons or organizations to bypass betting limits or manipulate markets.
• Arbitrage and Promo Abuse: Systematically betting both sides of a market across multiple sportsbooks strictly to exploit promotional offers, or creating multiple accounts to farm sign-up bonuses.
• Bots and Algorithmic Scraping: Utilizing automated software, bots, AI, or screen-scraping tools to place bets, analyze lines, or extract data from our platform.
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds strictly to meet turnover requirements and immediately withdrawing them without legitimate risk-based wagering activity.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct grants Draft King Sportsbook the unilateral right to instantly void associated wagers, seize bonus funds, permanently ban your account, and report your activities to the relevant gaming commissions.

6. Limitation of Liability and Binding Arbitration

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Services are provided on a strictly "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Draft King Sportsbook makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or flawless performance of the software. We are not liable for lost wagers resulting from internet disconnections, server crashes, or device failures.

Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in a court of law. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Furthermore, you agree that any arbitration shall be conducted solely in your individual capacity, and you explicitly waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Draft King Sportsbook.

7. Responsible Gaming

Draft King Sportsbook is deeply committed to ensuring that sports betting remains a safe and strictly recreational activity. We provide a robust suite of tools allowing you to set customized deposit limits, wagering limits, session time limits, and temporary cool-off periods. 8. Modifications to this Agreement

However, your continued use of the Draft King Sportsbook platform following any published updates inherently constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Agreement.
